Simple Protein Spinach Smoothie
This spinach smoothie delivers protein to get your day going, and it’s easy to put together! Like many green smoothies, it works well for breakfast or after a morning workout. It’s also easy to throw in a travel mug and head out the door to start your morning commute.

Simple Protein Spinach Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup (30g) baby spinach, lightly packed
- 1/2 cup (122g) 2% milk
- 3/4 cup (112g) pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/4 (25g) small banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup (122g) plain 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
Puree spinach and milk in a high-power blender. Add frozen fruit, yogurt and honey and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass (or travel mug) and enjoy!
